I might sound like a broken record, but when I look back at 2014, the thankfulness just overflows. I can’t believe how far I’ve come in just two short years of business, and I am so humbled by the many, many ways that God has blessed me. I often can’t believe I get to take pretty pictures and get paid for it. Naturally, there more to it than that, but I’ll save any in-depth reflections for my 2015 goals post.

Just for fun I thought I’d reminisce about 2014s top 5 wedding moments. Some are funny, some are sweet, and all remind me how wonderful it is to be surrounded by people you love.

5. Stephen and Barbara’s reception back in November. Best air guitar I’ve ever seen.

4. Abby and Ander’s bicycle built for two. Let me just tell you that song was stuck in my head throughout their wedding and now it is again. You’re welcome.

3. Michael and Carmen’s ceremony. It was one of the most God-honoring and emotional wedding ceremonies I’ve ever been a part of. (Blog post coming soon!)

2. Jillian dancing with her dad back in November. His smile could not have been bigger and her tears flowed freely. It was absolutely beautiful.

1. Anne pulling Joel’s wedding ring out of the POCKET of her wedding dress. Dr. Davis, who officiated the ceremony, tried to keep going, but he couldn’t help but remark about it. Anne gave the biggest throw-your-head-back laugh. =)
