September Goals

September Goals

I am so excited that it’s September! It’s not secret that I LOVE the fall and everything that comes with it. Stephen and I are going to the mountains today with some of our friends from college (it’s becoming a labor day tradition), and I can’t wait! It’s been a wonderful summer, but I am so ready for cooler weather. The wedding I shot last week was probably 100 degrees!

Done:

  • Blog Hanna and Brendan’s wedding the within a week – Friends, this is the first time I’ve been able to do this! I’ve wanted to get faster at blogging weddings for a while now, and this was a great start. It doesn’t hurt that it was a GORGEOUS wedding.

To-Do:

  • Stay on top of editing while maintaining a good work-life balance – This is my only goal for September. These fall months are always so busy that I don’t have time to focus on long-term goals. Even just keeping up with my editing queue can be difficult at times. Let me back up before I move forward. I had a lot of fitness goals for this summer to exercise 3-4 times a week and eat healthier, and I’m so excited about where I am right now. So when I look at a September and October that are BUSY I know it’s going to be harder to exercise, take the time to make healthy meals and make sure I get enough sleep. That’s why this is my only goal. So I can focus on it and make sure it happens. Here goes nothing!
