I can’t tell you how much I love these two. First of all they were willing to shoot in 30 degree weather so we could get in an early shoot just after sunrise. I know, I know, Jonathan is wearing only a button-down. But we always knew he was a polar bear. Jonathan was one of my first friends my freshman year at UNC, and he always kept his dorm room FREEZING. He was at a dinner that my roommate and I were also at and I’m pretty sure the three of us talked for four hours before he left. We’ve painted up for UNC football games together, we’ve gone camping with friends, watched meteor showers, my roommate and I found him asleep our futon once…the list goes on an on. I even remember distinctly the time I went to talk to Jonathan about one of his best friend that I had a crush on (this friend is now my husband). I can’t tell you how much Jonathan’s friendship means to me and how THRILLED I am for him and Emily. It is so obvious how in love they are. I mean really, the way they look at each other….adorable! I don’t know Emily as well since she and Jonathan met in Charlotte after he and I graduated college, but it’s always a treat to spend time with the two of them. I am so excited to get to know Emily better and for their wedding in May! Congratulations you two!!!!
