I LOVED this session. I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: I love watching and celebrating families grow. This family is particularly special to me because I had the privilege of photographing Jillian and Dominic’s wedding almost two years ago. Getting to be a part of these milestones in peoples’ lives, being able to celebrate with them, is such a tremendous blessing.

And now about Ethan. I got to meet him when he was just 6 days old!! His parents waited to find out whether he’d be a boy or a girl until the day he was born. I’ve always thought that was such a cool idea and always known that my planner self could never do it. They decorated the nursery in a Winnie the Pooh theme, which turned out SO cute. I’m totally thinking about stealing that idea when we have kids! Congratulations Jill and Dom, and I hope you can get some sleep over the next few months. 😉
