Pinehill Pavilion Wedding Photographer

I know I say this every time, but Julia and Tobi’s wedding was truly special. They experienced a tragic loss in their family just a week before their wedding, but their ability to celebrate the blessings in the midst of their grief was such an encouragement to me. Also, can I just brag on Julia and Tobi’s friends? They are some of the sweetest people I’ve ever worked with. I don’t think I’ve ever had so many people ask me if I needed anything or if they could get me water or how they could help.

We had some beautiful weather too. It got HOT the next week, but Julia and Tobi’s wedding day was beautiful and breezy. Their wedding was at the gorgeous Pinehill Pavilion in Youngsville, and the ceremony was out in the enchanted forest. It truly is enchanted! There are string lights EVERYWHERE and the chairs are set up perfectly for that afternoon and evening light as the sun sinks down over the lake. And I’ve said it before, but Pinehill has the more gorgeous bridal suite I’ve ever photographed in. There is so much space and so much light for photos!

Julia and Tobi are both in the medical field and are headed to Colorado for Tobi to continue his training. What an incredible new adventure together! They are no strangers to moving far away to pursue their dreams, though. Julia is from Oregon and chose a university in Virginia, and Tobi is from Nigeria. It is clear from the community they have surrounded themselves with that they love deeply and have a profound impact on the people around them. Congratulations, you two, and many blessings in Colorado!
