2026 Fuquay Fall Mini Sessions
Even though the weather hasn’t started cooperating yet, it’s time to plan fall mini sessions! These sessions are perfect for getting those updated shots of your family in time for a Christmas card. Especially if you have little one that you know couldn’t do more than 30 minutes anyway. But did you know they also make great senior sessions? Not everyone wants the full hour with multiple outfit changes. If that’s you and you just want a few photos to commemorate the start of senior year, let’s do it!
If you’ve been a parent for 5 minutes, I know what you’re probably thinking. What if my kid doesn’t behave and we end up wasting a lot of money? I have good news for you! The secret to great family photos isn’t kids who can smile and say cheese when asked. The secret is a fast shutter speed and a photographer who isn’t afraid to let kids be kids. 🙋🏻♀️ I have three kids of my own, and some of my favorite pictures of them are the action shots where they’re just being their goofy selves. Will we take the posed, smiling photos? Absolutely. Will there be a lot of “breaks” full of tickling and chasing and laughing as big as you can? Also yes. They feel like breaks for the kids, but I promise, they’re not breaks for me 😊

Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if it rains? The rain backup for both days of sessions is Saturday, 11/14. If just one of the days gets rained out, the sessions will be in the afternoon/evening. On the off chance that BOTH of the first two dates get rained out, the 10/17 sessions will be scheduled on the morning of 11/14, and the 11/7 sessions will be at their original times, just on the 14th.
How many images will I receive? You are guaranteed 20 digital images! They will be delivered to you in an online gallery for you to download.
Can I get pictures printed wherever I want to? Absolutely! Though I recommend ordering prints through your online gallery. They will be printed at a professional print lab and shipped straight to you.
How do I book my session? Fill out the contact form on this website or send me an email to maria@mariaestesphoto.com with your preferred session times. I will send you a contract and an invoice for the $50 deposit that can be paid online. This holds your spot! The remainder of the payment is due at the time of the session.
